  Holiday Inn Express in Pullman was booked, so we picked this one with the idea of having to dread the trip back and forth to WSU. Not a chance. First off, excellent facility from the moment we parked the car. Friendly staff, very helpful and courteous right up until checkout. Arrived late in the evening and woke to one of the best mountain views I've ever seen from a hotel room window. Continental breakfast was exceptional. Restaurants and shopping easily within walking distance. Loved the pool and ice and soda machines located on every floor. If you're business/pleasure takes you anywhere near this hotel, don't pass up the opportunity. You won't be disappointed.

  Love this hotel, go to lewiston every year, wouldn't even considering staying anywhere else. The rooms are clean, we can keep room temperature really cool which most hotels dont have. The complimentary breakfast is good. The have fresh baked cookies every day and last time they also had lemon water in the lobby. The stores within walking distance are fabulos! Fashion bug Safeway, Famous footware. Eddie bauer home to name a few.

  The room was very comfortable. The motel made extra efforts to help us since I am disabled.
  I did have to go to the hospital emergency room, the staff was helpful in getting an ambulance etc. for us. The morning breakfast bar was very welcomed. I feel our stay was very pleasant and friendly.
