- The property requires a 20 per night deposit at check-in for the use of the safe, any phone calls, or other incidentals. This deposit is refundable at check-out, if not used.

I was there only for 3 days last december. That place is awful- dirty with 0 customer service. When we arrived I asked the guy at the reception to change one dirty bath towel and the non-working iron. He said OK and we left the hotel. Next day we had to repeat the same procedure again w/o success. Guess what happened at tne third day- the lady at the reception said that they don't have any more clean towels and she's got nothing to do with that. When I told her that we are going to leave this dirty place she advised me to call travelocity to get refund for unused stay w/o even trying to make SOMETHNING to bring me back. If you respect youself don't even think about going there. They almost ruind my vacation.

i had a bad stay at this hotel the ac was leaking and the hotel was under renovation i have stayed at this hotel before earlier this year but thid stay was horrible it was a nightmare even the room service was bad my floor was wet from the ac leaking even when we told them they did nothing and the shower head was broken and thats bad when you have a stand in shower no tub nothing was right and thats that i had to change rooms and they both were horrible i dont think that i can stay ever again at this hotel

I stayed at the hotel in july 2009, they were very busy remodeling the lobby and pool area. The pool was open and looked nice, but I prefer the beach, and it was about 2 blocks away. My hotel room was really nice, The bathroom was really updated with granite vanity and a cool sink. The room was nice and clean just kinda small, but it would be perfect for one or two people. The location of this hotel is also really good. Walking distance to everything. I had a realy late flight it didn't leave maimi until 11:45pm and they let me pay for a half day, so I didn't have to check out until 10pm. I'm a single guy, and I don't know if that matters but I had an awesome trip to south beach.

If you need a room to sleep in........................ not to bad. The place smells funky, no ice machine or vending machines in our building, small rooms that are being updated, no locking outside building doors, pool was clean, front desk staff kind of rude. I really think this could be a cool place if they shut it down for a couple months and got all the work done. Parking in the area costs 20.00 per day.
