The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The entire hotel was in the process of being painted so there were all sorts of ""stucco"" on the walls in our room. The number on the door was nothing more than a note card. The bathroom light did not work, the door would not stay closed unless the deadbolt was done, and there was no blow dryer. The tub didn't drain and the AC was so loud I couldn't talk on my phone in the room. Which reminds me, the phone didn't even work! They kept asking us if we were checking out soon, and after we did check out and were waiting for our shuttle, we were asked again if we had checked out! The continental breakfast was thick coffee, bitter juice, and stale pastries. The neighborhood was sketchy at best, and since the hotel offered NO amenities, we had to walk down to the creepy 7-11 to get ANYTHING, even soda or water. The hotel touts that there is a free pool, right? Well, the gate to the pool was locked the entire time we were there, most likely because the pool bottom was covered with what looked like seashells! And at about 8am on our last day, construction workers began doing stuff in the room next to ours. It sounded a bit like WW III. We were just glad we didn't end up getting hurt.

the sink in the bathroom only had scalding hot water. the lady who works there is rude (her husband's chill though). our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. the walls were paper-thin and there was apparently a moose snoring in the room next door. Nonetheless, decent price and only a hop, skip, and a jump from D-Land.

We booked a two bedroom suite so that Mom and Dad sould have some alone time after the kids were in bed. They first put us in a king sized bed and then we were moved to a queen and double sized in the same room. That was livable but undesirable. The complimentary breakfast was standing only - no tables and consisted of only dough nuts and coffee. Nnothing healthy was offered. After we returned I found that they charged my personal card for the duration of the stay even though it had been booked and paid for by Travel agency. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

I booked 3 days hotel stay for my family. The first day when I came, all my family were disappointed with the condition - it is a shbby motel. The staff was so cold, lazy, impatient, and rude. It was so easy for him to say "No" to the customer. I stayed one night and cancelled the rest. I also cancelled my San Diego hotel which was the same franchise. There are so many good hotels around, within walking distance, with better value. I'll never book such hotel anymore!

The people were very nice. However, the room had an odor in it which was very strong. Either musty or mold We were given a smoking room and we required a non smoking room. They were all booked so could not change our room. my daughter and grandkids have allergies so this made it a little difficult. On check out day there was no place to store our luggage until the shuttle came. It was neat to be able to see the fireworks from the hotel.
