  I was in Houston for about 5 days by myself. My room included a kitchenette and nice desk/work area, along with free internet access. I used all the resources my room offered and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Baymont Inn helped make my business trip comfortable and productive. I highly recommend this hotel.

  There is nothing good about this hotel. The service is terrible, and the cleaning service took all items out of my room twice. Never got items back the hotel had to replace items.

  When i arrived my name wasn't in the system. the clerk was unfamiliar with the discount, lucky i had my printed reservations. renovations were going on. the elevator near ...

  When I arrived my name wasn't in the system. The clerk was unfamiliar with the discount, lucky I had my printed reservations. Renovations were going on. The elevator near my room was broken down, no one told me. I had a long walk to take just to exit through the front lobby. If it were a fire or any other emergency, it would not be safe. Strange guests across the hall, came out verytime I passed by. Didn't see any security. It was very spooky. The room was comfortable, fairly clean, but I don't think I'll stay here again.just a creepy feeling

  This hotel was quite dirty...it smelled...but on a high note...they were in the process of doing renovations.

  Spent half the night listening to thumping/running noises coming from the floor above us. requested a wake up call that never came. on the ground floor there were rooms ...

  Spent half the night listening to thumping/running noises coming from the floor above us. Requested a wake up call that never came. On the ground floor there were rooms with open windows (no screens), and people were entering and exiting rooms through these windows while we had to use cardkey to get in! No security! Beds too hard; rooms smelled musty; like old smoke; dents in refrigerator and huge dent and cracks in the cabinets. No shampoo or hand towels. Air conditioner made loud noises. Hassled at checkout to produce receipt when we had already paid."
