  We stayed there for 2 nights with friends & family. The staff were very kind & friendly. My daughter left her college project there, we called the hotel 2 days after & left a message. The girls who was working there went out of her way to find that folder. The other Girl (I am sorry I don't remember their names) sent that folder via Fed-Ex without even asking for the shipment money. The location is great & mattresses & pillows are new, very comfortable. If we go to Columbus again, we will always stay there.

  The staff is great, friendly, helpful. The mattresses & pillows were excellent, fell asleep within minutes. Great location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, movie theater, shopping, and yet in a quiet corner. Had a wonderful time.
