The only bad things I have to say about this hotel is that the beds are hard as a brick and the pillows are too soft. The first night I stayed I kept tossing and turning so I didn't get that much rest at all, also the bathtub wasn't cleaned when I checked in. Other than that great location, 24 hour shuttle service to the airport and nice staff.

Upon our arrival the carpets had many stains along with chairs were stained, The tub was dirty. The mattresses were old and lumpy, blankets were old and had holes in them. I was verydisappointed along with my guests as well. I will send a note to the company that owns this Inn.

Due to last minute travel plans it was one of the few hotels with rooms left for that busy time. There was almost no parking spaces due to the "park ride n fly" deal. Noise all night with the McD's next door and the airport noise. Had to have rooms switched due to problems with the first room, and the beds were the most uncomfortable I have dealt with. The price was no bargain either.

This hotel was very close to the airport and offered 24 hour shuttle service that was very easy to arrange. We just called the front desk when we were ready to leave and when we got downstairs it was only minutes until the shuttle arrived. We chose the feature they have to leave our car there while we were gone and that made things so convenient. When we arrived back from our trip there was a courtesy phone in the airport next to the baggage claim and we called the hotel and it was only a matter of minutes and the shuttle was there and dropped us off right at our car. The room was very clean and there were some extra free features that I have never received before at other hotels we have stayed at. There were facial cleansing cloths, the shower curtain was tied and displayed similar to something you would see on a cruise with your towels on the bed. All those little touches made the experience enjoyable. The front desk staff was very friendly from the moment we arrived. They were able to answer all of my questions and we even received a phone call within 20 minutes of checking in to make sure we had everything we needed in our room and if there was anything they could do for us. There is Mcdonalds that is open 24 HOURS right next door to the hotel which made it very nice since the hotel didn't start their free breakfast until 5am and we had to be at the airport at 4:30am. We walked out our door, across the parking lot and right into the McDonalds. The only down thing...the beds are hard but it worked for our overnight stay. I would definitely stay here again.

This Hotel is a disgusting place. I was traveling with my wife and 4 month old child. The Managers was rude and very unprofessional and refused to validate the quoted price of $* per night and insisted this rate was not available. Only to hear another desk assistance give that rate to someone else just 15 minutes later with waiting to speak to xxxx about the strong smell of smoke in are nonsmoking room. We quickly left and vowed to never stay with this chain ever again.
