  When we arrived we found that they do not have parking for hotel guests, nor is there a parking garage nearby. You just have to pray that there is a spot available on the street somewhere. There is not even an accesible area to unload your baggages. The elevator was broken so we had to lug our suitcases up 5 flights of stairs. The room was not clean. The heaters were broken. We traveled all over Germany (North, South, East, & West) on this trip, and had no issues with any of the other hotels/pensions where we stayed. Berlin has so much more to offer around the same rates.
  Stay away from this one, Don't Book This Hotel!!!
