  I arrived late night. First think I noticed after hanging all my cloth in the closet and getting ready to sleep...no ashtray. I requested a ""smoking room"". At that time (midnight) and after packing my things again, I was moved to another room, because the gave me a wrong room. (not to mention that i had to be at Port Everglades next morning at 5:00am). The new room had hair in the toilette, the bathtub was dirty, the security chain to lock the door inside was broken. I spoke to the recepcionist to try to get it fix for the next day. Next day, about 10pm I went back to the hotel and the door was not fixed. I spoke again with the same recepcionist who screammed on me, then called the Manager by phone and started repeating every single word I was saying, making fun of me. Later one, somebody went to my room, got in without knocking the door and started fixing. This person didn't have the right tools. 20 min later, the Manager came in to my room, without knocking or greeting and fixed it. After that, they both left and slam the door. Morning after, Surprise!!! NO WATER and NO LIGHT in the bathroom. I called my online travel website and they suggested me to leave and find another hotel, thing that I did, not before spending my last day of vacation finding where to sleep like a homeless. Don't even think in staying in that place.
