The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly. The room was very comfortable, clean, and decorated nicely. Location is very convenient if you are going to be traveling via the Sunport. Will definitely stay again!

Checked in on a thurs night. There were banging doors and loud noises in the hall from 11pm to 3am. The doors were slamming alll night it was like artillery, no kidding. Called the front desk at 11pm, 12am, 2am and 3am. They said hopefully it will go away...
If you want a good night's sleep go somewhere else or take your chances. Warning, the walls are very very thin. This hotel is not up to the standards of a Hyatt, Marriott or normal Hilton.
The hotel staff said sorry about the noise all night. We'd like to give you 400 hilton pts, worth about $*... I'm serious.

This hotel was very convenient for us as we were without our rental car and needed on site dining and shuttles to and from the airport. Staff was extremely helpful - let us check in early. It was also comfortable and quiet, surprising because it was so close to the airport. Had the best spaghetti dinner!
