a surly security staff and a very uncomfortable bed. Otherwise the hotel staff was pleasant, the shuttle is 24hrs and will pick you up at the airtrain station anytime. The shuttle will also drop you off at the airport at whatever terminal your flight leaves, or if you want to go to the city you can easily catch the airtrain from any terminal to a connecting NYC subway and ride into Manhattan or anywhere you wanna go in the 5 burroghs for virtually no money compared to other modes of transport ( just use street sense and avoid riding at late night ). It is a good place to stay if you're traveling on a budget and you want a clean, quiet private room. Again i wasn't impressed with the security staff but after i engaged the deadbolt and put the slide lock on i felt reasonably safe. Little things i take very serious like the AC/HEAT worked very well and the bathroom was nice and clean, the shower had decent water pressure. Even though you're close to the airport you don't hear any planes and it's nice n quiet. If they ever replace those horrible beds they would be able to equal some of the nicer budget hotels in the city

Stayed there for five days. The room was clean - small but okay for a one person. Breakfast bar opening at 6:00 a.m was perfect. It close to JFK and convenient. Hotel staff was pleasant. Had no issues during my stay. Would certainly stay there again.

I stayed here for 5 days. The room is clean and cosy (a bit small). Worth what I paid. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was okay. Being a woman travelling solo I felt pretty safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, neat and clean room. The front counter clerk should be a little more aware of there customers when they enter the facility. Had to call twice for some wash clothes, but once i made the second call they came in two mins. The room was a lot larger than what i expected. My overall stay was pleasant and i will stay again. They provided us with local food delivery restaurants which i personally wasn't pleased with. It was probably what i ordered, but they delivered within a reasonable time. The hotel is right off the Belt Pkwy that was a plus. The parking lot can be a little pack at night. But they had plenty of street parking which made it better.
