  1) Had to wait one hour for airport shuttle to hotel. 2) Complimentary breakfast doesn't open until 7:00 am...too late for us. 3) Wake-up call never came, nor to our friends. It was not a happy experience.

  Probably a good hotel for the money in that area with the exception of no bath tub "we were givin a handicap room???" and quite a bit of mold in the bathroom, the room was very large and nicely decorated. The name is miss leading as the hotel is actually a $25 cab ride from the airport if you come in after the shuttle quits running. The staff were quick ,helpful and efficient both at checkin, sometime after midnight and a late morning checkout. Large assortment of food with the complimentory breakfast.

  This Best Western advertises itself as an airport hotel. Here are the details: it's shuttle runs runs only once per hour between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm. If you're arriving after 10:00pm, as we did, your only option is a $30.00 cab ride -- the hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport. When we expressed our irritation to the night clerk at the check-in desk, he commented that he hears this complaint all the time from late-arriving passengers. The room itself was spacious and clean enough, however the bed was not very comfortable and the walls were very thin -- we had to knock on the wall a couple of times to "ask" the family staying next door to keep their voices down. We've stayed at Best Westerns on the road before and have usually found them a good value, but if you need just an overnight stay in Miami near the airport, we couldn't recommend this one.
