The original non-smoking room w/king bed that was assigned to me smelled heavily of smoke, and then I found ashtrays throughtout the room . I called down to the desk clerk, and she apologized and quickly gave me a non-smolking "suite" , which was quite nice - 2 bedrooms, equipped with TVs, fridge, microwave, hairdryer and pull out couch. Very clean , including the bathroom . Price of $* p/night included continental breakfast! Coffee was really weak on 2 out of 3 morinings, but there is a great breakfast/luncheonette /small diner located a few yards away from entrance to hotel, which has great food and coffee ( always busy - called "Buzzbrew's") One drawback - only shampoo was provided. When I asked for moisture lotion or hair conditioner, I was told to purchase it in the vending machine outside. I had a carry on, so did not want to bring a razor or liquids on board.

Compared to others it was pricey but that is because of the handy location. Can understand that. Room was quite clean and bed was comfortable with no peculiar odors. A very nice little restaurant a few steps away called Buzz Brews. Excellent food and reasonably priced. Decent complimentary breakfast offered in the motel lobby.

Very much enjoyed my stay in this motel!It has everything you need for a stay including a fridge and microwave,free computer useage and a cont breakfast!Convient to eating places and all area of Dallas!If using DART it is a fairly long walk from the City Place Stop but not to bad when its not hot!Helpful and friendly staff,I would stay here again and recommend it for anyone!A great deal for the price!

I am one that hates booking hotels online. Im affraid it wont be up to my standards. However this hotel was even better than I had expected. It was very very clean, all new furniture, counters and shower all tiled, there was even a safe in the room. Oh and their standard king rooms even have a sofa in them. The gentleman working the front desk was awesome! We were very satisfied overall. Highly recommended!!!

I just stayed the one night and booked through travel website. i think it saved me like 10.00. Room was clean, older tv, location is great,...and the restaurant that is next door forgot the name something about a coffee is super....I had a great meal for 9.00...so it met my expectations and I would book there again.
