  Because we have two small kids (including a 1 year old that needs milk), we required some place that had a refrigerator. We generally do the Residence Inn because it is rather roomy for us, but I was pleasantly surprised here. Their definition of "suite", though, is different than mine. I think of two separate rooms and this was not the case here. However, there was a "sitting" area w/ ample room to move around in and consisted of a pull-out sofa-bed and a chair. There was also a desk in this area and a taller dorm-like refrigerator. It was perfect for us. The pillow-top King bed was an added bonus...those are the best!!!!!!!!!! The front desk employees were friendly (total truth to the statement "southern hospitality") and everything was spotless. We had quiet evenings....no noise around us (although I am sure you can get the "wrong" people next to you anywhere). Breakfast was an extended "continental", I guess you could call it. It had your cereals, eggs, sausage (there was meat on that bar!), pastries, waffles, toast, coffee, OJ, etc. The area can be a little congested with everyone going at one time, but other than that...I have totally no beefs with this hotel. NONE. Very very close to the exit to take you to Gatlinberg, as well. For the price, you can't beat it...at all. I've underestimated Best Westerns and am glad I allowed my husband to book here!

  We were given a handicapped room when we arrived, which they said was only one available due to some group gathering. at least it had a king and a chair ...

  We were given a handicapped room when we arrived, which they said was only one available due to some group gathering. At least it had a king and a chair w/ottoman. Room was pretty good for price, not outstanding value. No meat on breakfast bar, but OK other than that.
