We had such a wonderful time both children are asking when can we go back!!!! A little expensive for what we usually pay, but had a wonderful time none the less. Great location and easy access to highways and side roads. Staff was very accomadating to all of our needs. We travel often and would definitely recommend this hotel to many who want a great place to take the family for a getaway weekend. Waterpark indoors was beyond words!! Had such a blast!!! Would have liked to have something for those that are a little too old for the kiddlie waterpark and not old enough for the Big slide. Certainly doesn't alter accommadations though. Will definetley go back this Winter for a weekend getaway.

We used the hotel as a gathering spot for relatives from Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. It was PERFECT! The breakfast area was especially clean and well stocked. The water park was a special treat-even for seniors.

The Best Hotel in Grand Rapids.
05/03/2007Visiting gr and stayed at holiday inn express. the staff was extremely nice and the service was impeccable. they had a 3-story water slide which surprisingly lots of fun.
