My husband I stayed here on Saturday 4/18/09. We checked in at around 10 pm went to our room which was supposed to be non smoking floor. It was not because the stinch was everywhere! W e go down to the pool.They had already turned off the lights BEFORE the scheduled shut down time! We then go back up to the room and let me say something about the elovator. The doors open BEFORE you arive at the floor. Not very safe in my opnion. When we had left for the pool we turned on the AC it was making a loud noise (like a freight train) but we just figured that was because we had just turned it on. NO! We left it on for a little while hoping it would cool down. It did not. Now by this point our daughter was already asleep (she is just 22 months old). We called the front desk hoping that they could do something all the offered was for us to switch rooms and anyone with a toddler that has been traveling knows that when they are already asleep you really dont want to wake them. We had to sleep with no air, and it was hot and stuffy. My husband and I went to speak to the manager at check out. She questioned us and then proceeded to tell us that we should not have checked out at 11 but 9 instead. When check out time is at 11!! What amazes me is that she then goes upstairs and checks the room before we leave and then tells us that we could have slepted with that noise. By the way they don't have a maid service it's their CHILDREN! Never again will I stay at this hotel.

Our room was dirty, there was food leftover from previous guests in the refrigerator. There were personal items from previous guests left in the room. The bathroom floor had hair all over it. There was hair in the sink. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were lumpy. The room was noisy, the heater cycle off and on every three to five minutes. When it was off there was a loud ticking noise from the refrigerator. The free continental breakfast was overrated. They ran out of coffee before the breakfast hour was over. The danish pastries were stale. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here for a family trip to the aquarium. The hotel was great. The location was good too. The front desk was helpful in giving us alternate directions into downtown. This was a great help because there was a back-up of traffic on I-24 due to construction. The breakfast was good. The room was clean with comfortable beds and quiet, even though the indoor pool was right across the hall. The pool area was small but it served the purpose. Overall, a good deal!

This hotel is conventient to Lookout Mountain and the attractions there, and is easy to get to by auto. Refrigerators and Microwaves in the room are an added feature which we liked very much. Clean spacious rooms. We will probably stay there every time we go there to visit the college.
