  Book online with two queen beds with e-mail confirmation and the hotel front desk told us that their computer showed one bed reservation. we have to pay extra in ...

  Book online with two queen beds with e-mail confirmation and the hotel front desk told us that their computer showed one bed reservation. We have to pay extra in order to get the room we want. The room is ok; but it smelled. We stay at this hotel for three days. The room key has problem to enter the room and the side door from parking lot everyday. When we have problem, the front desk staff was not very nice and impatient. Not recommend for this hotel to anyone who plan to visit Ann Arbor, MI

  It happened that some of the housekeeping staff walked out, but the other staff, front desk, laundry and mgmt worked diligently to keep things near to normal. they never flinched.

  I had to pick a hotel at the last minute. they gave me a reasonable rate and didn't try to overcharge me because i was just a walk in. ...

  I had to pick a hotel at the last minute. they gave me a reasonable rate and didn't try to overcharge me because I was just a walk in. The room was very well equipped and the lady at the front desk was wonderful. Everything was very clean! The granite counters in the room made it feel like a luxury hotel. I would defiinitely stay again!

  Very nice hotel and close to nice restaurants. Very nice people at the front desk. When we stayed at this hotel, a hotel guest accidentally tripped the alarm and woke us up in the middle of the night. It was not the fault of the hotel but some guests who had nothing better to do. After we checked out, we requested if we could stay at their lobby and kill some time until our departure. We stayed for 3 hours and they did not mind. The price is reasonable.
