Our room must have been a crack room. The room was filthy, smelled terrible and section 8 housing. We did not even stay because of the above and safety issues. Would not refund our money . Charged us any way Travelagent was no help at all. We wre raked over the coals.

I stayed for one night at this hotel on business and it was like being in one of Dante's rings of hell. The owners were either running themselves or letting be run a prostitution ring and drug ring which kept me up all night and scared me half to death, with the yelling, banging on doors and screeching of tires. One pimp came to my door and banged twice and wouldn't go away till he heard me on the phone. The owner/manager told me I was delusional and imagining things even though the cacophony all night long was amazing. When I said I'd call 911, he got all nervous and really belligerant. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to stay a night in this criminal infested brothel masquerading as a motel. I'd recommend the Knoxville vice squad to have a permanent presence here.

Bad, bad, bad. Never have I stayed in a place where I had to pay for the stay upon check-in. Scary! Due to it being a holiday weekend and a football game at UT, we had no place else to go. NEVER AGAIN!!!!"
