  While the hotel was clean, the bedding and rooms were just average. Expected more from a $100+ night room. Could hear every door close down our hallway, every flush, and every conversation in the rooms near ours. Needless to say, not the most relaxing trip. While our room was non-smoking, just 3 doors down began the smoking "section". Hallways reeked, our room smelled, even our clothes smelled when we left. Disappointing to say the least.
  The location was ideal for shopping at the Village West mall, but that was the only positive thing about this hotel. Won't be staying here again.

  We couldn't have chose a hotel with a better location, and a really nice hotel in general itself, great workout room, and the pool was pretty warm and attached ...

  We couldn't have chose a hotel with a better location, and a really nice hotel in general itself, great workout room, and the pool was pretty warm and attached to the hot tub, so it made for a fun swim time. We will definitely make a point to stay here again - Great Location, Great Hotel!

  IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN KC...MY HUSBAND AND I HAD TO GET A ROOM BECAUSE WE HAD WORK DONE ON OUR HOUSE AND THIS WAS OUR CLOSEST HOTEL.THE HOTEL IS FAIRLY NEW WITH NICE DECOR AND SPACIOUS ROOMS. THEY HAD AN ELABORATE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST TOO.

  This hotel was great. the staff was super helpful and extremely nice. we could walk to dave and busters and had a great time. very nice.
