We were guests of this property October, 2009. We were in Billings to attend a funeral. As this was a most difficult time, I guess we were hoping for some compassion. Unfortunately, we did not receive any. We had a problem with a young man at the front desk as a family member tried to check-in. Too long of a story to tell, but certaintly would not wish this type of treatment to any other family going through such a tough time. In the end all we wanted was an apology. WE did not recive one. Billings has many nice properties, I would not recommend this one to anyone.

THE CLERK AT THE FRONT DESK WHEN WE ARRIVED WAS VERY PLEASANT, BUT THAT IS AS FAR AS IT GOES. OUR ROOM WAS TERRIBLE. THE BED WAS SUNKEN IN THE MIDDLE, THE PILLOWS WERE LIKE RUBBER BALLS. JUST NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY IF YOU NEED A GOOD NIGHTS REST.

Staff was friendly and very helpful both night and day . We arrived late about 11pm. I had called about 10pm and advised them we were running very late, was told no problem as I was guaranteed til 6am We signed in and were in bed within 20 minutes. Some how a roll-a-way was added to my reservation but they removed it when I told them I did not order it or need it. Breakfast was very good, plenty of food and drinks . Room was very clean and a nice size. Best this trip so far, we have been on the road for 2 days and nights We had pets with us and had no problems having them in the room with us.

We had pets so they had to change our room around. Pets are not allowed on the 3rd floor that is there allergen free floor. There were only their deluxe rooms left on the first floor. The manager was nice enough to up grade us to that room. When we were all unpacked my husband went to sit on the bed and the end gave way. We promptly went up front to tell them our bed was broken. Their repair man was also standing in the lobby when I came up to the counter. He was willing to track down another box spring if we needed. I told him it wasn't necessary since it was the end of the bed I just wanted to let them know so we weren't charged for it. They came and looked at it and agreed with me that it could wait till morning. I just thought that it was great that he was going to go out when clearly all furniture stores were closed and track down a box spring I would defiantly stay here again!
