This hotel is immaculate and very reasonably priced for all of the ammenities included in the price. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of my room, with high ceilings the room felt very large. The bathroom was huge and very modern and new, but the toilet paper roll was difficult to reach while sitting on the toilet. The room was just immaculate and beautiful. The room had a large HDTV flat screen, the beds were the most comfortable I have slept in at any other hotel. I have insomnia, but I was able to sleep straight through the night without waking up one time and I slept from 11:30pm until 7:45am, and even then I only woke up because the alarm clock was set for that time and it went off to awaken me from a sound sleep. I will definately be staying at this hotel in the future!

The front desk staff is rude and if you arrive before 4pm they will yell at you. The smell of chlorine will knock you out as you come in the front door. The hotel is on a depressing street next to an adult bookstore complete with peep show and a sleazy motel. The bed felt like a stack of bricks on top of plywood. There are lots of hotels in Allentown if you have to be there. Stay somewhere else.

We booked a room through travel website in this hotel for a smoking room, 2 Queen beds for Thanksgiving night. we arrived got to the room, and it was a great room, very clean, nice accommodations large bathroom except......ITS A NON SMOKING HOTEL! We were informed that even though we had a copy of the reservation, and it did in fact spell it out, we would be charged 200 dollars if we smoked in the room...I immediately called travel website and they booked us in a different hotel which was BEAUTIFUL!! they REALLY came through for us the woman there was so helpful and I cannot stress how she went to bat for us and in less than 10-15 mins had confirmed res for us nearby. I cant fault this hotel other than to say that the woman at the counter was rude and unhelpful, and the room was not as advertised.. other than that it looked fine..

* PERSONELL IS VERY POOR & HARD TO UNDERSTAND AT TIMES IN ENGLISH LANGUANGE * WAS ""DOUBLE CHARGED"" TO MY CREDIT CARD @ CHECK IN, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PREPAID WITH A ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE. *THERE WERE COCOROACHES IN THE ROOM * A GOOD ""BUY"" ON THE ON LINE TRAVEL WEBSITE FOR A SHORT STAY, BUT THERE ARE BETTER HOTELS IN THE AREA FOR THE SAME PRICE. * YOUR ""BASIC"" NO FRILL BREAKFAST, & AFTER THE BUGS, I WAS SCARED TO EAT THERE. * GOOD WIFI SERVICE/ & MANY TV/CABLE CHANNELS. * CONVIENIENT AREA TO ALLENTOWN, AND PLENTY OF SHOPS & RESTAURANTS IN AREA * CLOSE TO MAJOR HYW 22, & ALL OTHER MAJOR CONNECTIONS. * A GOOD ""1 NIGHT"" OR 2, STAY, @ THE MOST, IF YOU CAN GET A GOOD DEAL (50-60 BUCKS A NIGHT) IF NOT, DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! * PLENTY OF OTHER HOTELS IN SURROUNDING AREA FOR SAME GOING RATE, THAT WILL ""SPEAK ENGLISH"",, CLEANER, AND LESS HASLE AS MY ""DOUBLE CHARGE""
