  My girlfriend and I stayed at this property in April of 2009. This property is in a somewhat not nice area of Jackson. There is a bus stop in front of the property. There is Razor Wire along the back side of the building on the fence. There was an empty bottle of Mad Dog in the parking lot when we checked in, and it was still there the morning we checked out. The towels were from a Hampton inn. The furniture was stained, the carpets were stained, the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall. We could smell cigarette smoke coming in through a vent from the room above us. We checked out at 8:30-9:00 and I did not see anything that resembled a free breakfast, not that I would have felt confident eating it. We're in our Mid Twenties, Early 30's. Not snobs by any means. I would not stay in this hotel ever again. The pictures posted are not truly representative of this property. They look like they were taken 5 or 6 years ago, and the property has seen better days. This property offers weekly and monthly rates. But apparently according to their paperwork taped to the counter does not allow children or pets. I don't stay at hotel/motel's that offer apartment rates. The staff was very friendly, but that's the only good thing about this property.

  My family and I stayed at this hotel on our way back home from our family trip. We only stayed the one night but my husband and I found the accommodations to be satisfactory. We'd stay again with the family if we were passing back through.
