best pool in palm springs! i researched this trip to death and found that they had the best pool in the area! i brought my 6 yr old son, so the pool played a key role in overall trip satisfaction...guests were so social! great group of people! hot tub under the waterfall was great! overall, a really nice place to relax with the family...i don't have anything negative to say. a 5 minute car ride to downtown...i would go back in a heart beat!

Very unhappy stay. Facilities was nice and clean, but almost everyone we encountered was rude, in a bad mood, or put us off. Our room was not available in time for check in and had to wait, but we had to check out on time with no extended check out.

Booked hotel on Line based our decision on others comments, was noisy at nite, there were police arrests Sat nite with no compensation nxt day for inconvenience, room small did not have king bed promised, no view overlooked noisy parking area, pool busy lots of kids, not great for couples if you have kids would be great. drinks are expensive and u cannot bring your own food/drink into pool area. On positive is very close to shopping and downtown. There is no housekeeping for any stays less than 5or6 days, u have to pay for this if you want it. fridge, stove, micro, blow dryer great to have. "
