When we first got there , the service we're quick and fast , and she was very friendly. She explained things very well. The house was very lovely it was like a home away from home but only with a pool we enjoyed that very much to come back from being at the park all day and to just relax around the pool with just your family was very exciting.

At the begining of our family vacation I was impressed with the Pool Home that we had picked out. The house was clean and with a family of six there was lots of room. But by the time we tried to go to sleep we noticed all the beds, mattress as well as box springs were in terrible condition. I complained to management but because it was Easter weekend there was nothing they could do. To myself and my family we expected more from Advantage Vacation Homes, Simply because of the online advertisement. After driving over 1000 Miles it would have been nice to rest our heads on a bad mattress that didn't sag, squeak and that was extremely uncomfortable.

The house was great. Exactly what we needed with grandparents, parents, teen and young child to have space to spread out. And a pool. That was the best part. Beautiful inground, screened in pool all to ourselves. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and there were linens and towels enough for everyone. The office was located a few miles away but easily accesible by phone and the young woman on the desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would absolutely use Advantage Vacation Homes again.

We stayed in a four bedroom, three bath house in Clear Creek subdivision (we had just booked a three bedroom but got four). It was great. The pool was perfect for those days at the park to go early and come home in the afternoon for a dip in your own pool and a snack. The house was close to a Winn Dixie and a Walmart Supercenter, it was great and easy to find. Checkin and checkout was simple. They could have left a few more garbage bags and cleaning supplies but that's about it. I will rent the house again - it was great! We did call maintenance once because the pool pump was running but wasn't filtering the pool, but my husband, the handyman, just reprimed the pump and it started running again so we called maintenance back and called off the visit - it was fine because it gave him something to do and I was able to lay in the sun undisturbed!
We were extermely happy with the service and accomodations that Advantage Vacation Homes provided. Don't be nervous about renting from them - perfect! -

To many rules. To many charges. You can not speak without them charging you. Inside was 'clean' but the front porch and pool area was dirty and the pool furniture was rusty. As well as bugs inside and by the pool area. Otherwise it would have been a good vacation.
