The subject of my review is an exact quote from one of the cleaning staff. On our 3rd day in the room, the cleaning crew didn't even begin to clean the room until 5 pm. When we asked them to wait 20 minutes for us to get ready to leave, they never came back. Hence, our room was never cleaned that day. Secondly, the full breakfast, while nice to have available, was often cold or the bins empty. Coffee was rarely available and twhen it was, the taste was something akin to tar. In our vending area on the second floor, the vending machine was broken and the a/c was blowing hot air so you couldn't stay in there for very long. When we tried to report the problem, we got the line "this place is falling apart" from one of the staff. I'd say that's a fair portrayal of this hotel. When we reported these problems to the main desk, we had a couple of breakfast passes thrown our way to make up for all of this. I don't think that's going to cut it and I can promise we will never return. I am surprised at the level of helpfulness and basic customer service from a Hilton Hotel.

I am so happy to have stayed here. The Staff was excellent and happy to serve. Lawrence was the best. He help us with wonderful taxi service, advice on good dining places etc. The beds were so comfortable. The business center was fully accessible and easy to use. I was so relaxed that I had a great job interview and was offer the position. Annapolis town is cute and beautiful, but I am glad I stayed a just on the fringe of the activites. If you don't know your way around, cab rides were awesome, and the cab drivers all were very friendly and had a sense of humor. Thank u all so much....
