We stayed there on 2 separate occasions throughout the last year. The staff was always friendly. They have laundry services on site. They allow pets and have rooms that exit right outside instead of having to take your pet in and out through the lobby. They even give you a little 'doggy welcome bag' with treats for your pet! The rooms are decorated nicely and the beds and bedding is by far the best beds/bedding I have ever experienced at a hotel. We even tried to get the name of the mattress/sheets/comforter/pillows so we could buy them for our own house! Pool area looked nice ;didn't get to use it though. Breakfast is typical expanded continental breakfast ;waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, toast, muffins, cereal and assorted juices;. We have stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Fargo too, but would prefer to stay at the Best Western ANY DAY!

My husband and I were very impressed with this hotel! They have a nice western theme and it looks like a huge lodge. We loved the rustic feel. There pool was very neat had a b-ball hoop and some other things. It is geared towards kids but I think most adults that are kids at heart would have fun as well!

I stayed at the hotel for business. Service was slow and not eager to please. The hotel looked as it attempted being updated but yet was slightly cheesy. Everything in the exercise room was broke and the pool ""bar and grill"" was never opened. Found roaches in my room as this led me to sleep with the bathroom light on. While eating in the dining area at different times, there were roaches crawling on the walls. If my company was not footing the bill, I would not have stayed

07/20/2006Adequate accomodations with nice lake view. room and bathroom were clean but needs updating. exterior balconies need painting. would stay there again. ok value for the price paid.

If you wish to sleep while staying at a hotel, this is a hotel to avoid. Extremely loud bass blared well into the evening, and then the drunks were allowed the run of the hotel quite some time before security stepped in. One the plus side...the front desk and housekeeping staff were very accommodating and would assist with any problem. We will, however, not be back.
