Important Hotel Information
- Guests must check-in at our office, open daily from 8am to 6pm, located in the lobby of The Legacy Condominium Tower I-The East Tower-at 2230 Beach Drive. If you will be departing before 8 am, or arriving after 6pm, please call the main office at 228-276-2300 to make special arrangements.
The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in:
2 bedroom/2 bath condos-USD 85.00
3 bedroom/2 bath condos-USD 95.00
3 bedroom/3 bath condos-USD 105.00
A credit card imprint will be required upon check-in in lieu of a security deposit.

We were on the 14th floor and the view was just great. The place was clean, quiet, and the staff were low key. We loved it. Our only complaint was that the swimming pool was as hot as the hot tub. I especially did not like that. Right across te road from the beach. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Exceptional quality even though a little pricey.
